What is rubber kneader?
Rubber Dispersion Kneader machine ensures homogeneous compound dispersion, easy colour change cleaning, and simple operation, and represents techno-economic achievement. This kneader may be used to combine a wide range of materials, from low viscosity adhesives to high viscosity rubber.
Uses:
The kneader is used for plasticizing rubber and plastics and mixing various rubber materials and plastics.

The working principle of the kneader is the pressure of material under pressure device. After shearing, extruding, stirring, folding and other kneading functions of two rotors rotating at different speed ratios in a closed chamber, plasticizing (mixing) into the required materials. The rotor is a tangential rotor,with internal heating and cooling channels; The ram can apply pressure to the material through the pneumatic, forcing the material to be evenly mixed and improve the production efficiency. The rotor is supported by rolling bearing, which is convenient for maintenance and long service life.Use the mixing chamber flip to unload, easy to clean materials .
