Multilayer PA tube extrusion line

Multi-layer co-extrusion technology development, make tube physical properties and cost control has great development space, such as environmental protection performance of multilayer automotive tubing, high pressure resistance performance of multi-layer braided tube, casing wall lubrication performance etc. In recent years, PA multilayer composite tube of automotive fuel system is internationally widely used in car fuel oil system which featuresa kind of portable, high performance and environmental protection line products.

This product has two, three, four and fivemultilayer tubeand other kinds, its outside diameter has 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and otherdifferent specifications. PA multilayer compositepipe can effectively reduce the automobile emission pollution to the environment, and meet the higher environmental requirements. At the same time multilayer compositepipe possesses excellent resistance to penetration performance, can satisfy the EU-III standards.

Innovation and technological upgrading are inseparable from practice. Based on BAOD Extrusion company's extremely mature precision small tube extrusion process technology and experience. Since 2015, we have developed a five-layer PA automotive oil pipeline extrusion molding mold on the basis of mature three-layer/four-layer precision pipe extrusion mold，With the support of Zumbach and WALTHMAC, we invested in PA five-layer tube extrusion line in 2015, and we continuously improved the runner design of 5-layer mold within 2years. In June 2017, the performance of the five-layer PA pipe sample produced by the sample line reached QC/ t-798-2008 industry quality standard.At present, our five-layer pipe extrusion line has the same technology as the extrusion line from Europe or US, and has successfully delivered quite a few production lines.
