Rubber Open Mill
The rubber mixing mill is also called two roll open mill , rubber mixer ,open mixing mill machine, two roll mill and etc.It is widely used for rubber compound mixing or rubber sheeting.
Structure description
1 Base frame is welded and annealed .
2 The motor is 3- phase asynchronous motor, protection levels :IP54.
3 The driving type :Single out- shaft or double out- shaft. The speed reducer is hard gear reducer,which has long service life and low noise.
4 The front and back roller is borded type or drilled type. It is made of chilled alloy cast, the surface hardness is HS70±2
5The roller bearing is rolling bearing with Low noise, save power almost 20%.
the roller bearing use grease lubricating.
6 The nip adjusting type has manual type,.motor type and hydraulic type..
7 This machine is equipped with two pieces of moving blade.
8 Safety device : Pull the safety rod to achieve emergency stop.It can be installed with kick stop device and emergency stop device for safety.
9 The electrical design theory conform to the TWO ROLL MILL specifications strictly .It is equipped with advanced elements introduced from home and abroad. The machine meet the requirements of machine control with easy operation.
