Dispersion Kneader
Uses:
The kneader is used for plasticizing rubber and plastics and mixing various rubber materials and plastics.

Foam soles, rubber soles, TPR, soles, rubber rollers, rubber sponges, tires, sports balls, rubber rings, rubber Pipes, rubber belts, bottle stoppers, oil seals, shockproof rubber, adhesive tapes, fan elastic belts, color masterbatches, inks, electrical rubber parts, various automotive rubber products and various chemical industry mixed raw materials.
The working principle of the kneader is the pressure of material under pressure device. After shearing, extruding, stirring, folding and other kneading functions of two rotors rotating at different speed ratios in a closed chamber, plasticizing (mixing) into the required materials. The rotor is a tangential rotor，with internal heating and cooling channels; The ram can apply pressure to the material through the pneumatic, forcing the material to be evenly mixed and improve the production efficiency. The rotor is supported by rolling bearing, which is convenient for maintenance and long service life.Use the mixing chamber flip to unload, easy to clean materials .
Features:
1. The whole machine adopts the whole body chassis, which is convenient for installation and calibration.
2. The transmission adopts hard-tooth surface gear reducer, which has stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
3. The intermediate body of the mixing chamber is made of alloy steel, and the surface is plated with hard chrome, which is wear-resistant and beautiful.
4. The rotor is made of alloy steel, the ridge part is made of hard alloy surfacing, the surface is plated with hard chrome, which is smooth and wear-resistant. The rotor is hollow and can be cooled or heated (steam, oil heating).
5. The sealing structure adopts international advanced technology, and the sealing effect is good.
